Terms of service
These terms govern your use of fundourkids.org (the "Site") and any purchase made through it.
Who we are. FundOurKids is a grassroots campaign advocating for reforming wasteful government spending and directing recovered funds to K–12 public education. We are a taxable business — not a registered charity, nonprofit, political action committee, or political party. We accept donations only in the form of our Buy Us Ads product, which pays for advertising that spreads the campaign’s message. Merchandise sales and Buy Us Ads purchases support the campaign’s public education and advocacy work, and neither is tax-deductible.
Using the Site. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, misuse its content, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.
Orders and payment. Product listings, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Content and opinions. Statistics, research summaries, and policy positions presented on this Site reflect our own analysis of publicly available sources and are provided for informational and advocacy purposes. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual property. Designs, text, and graphics on this Site and on our merchandise are owned by FundOurKids or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.
Limitation of liability. The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundOurKids is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of our products.
Changes to these terms. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
